NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Carolina Beach Police are on the scene of a death investigation.
According to a police department spokesperson, officers were called to a home in the 600 block of Spencer Farlow Drive around 7:40am Thursday.
One person is confirmed dead and one person is in custody. Police say there is no threat to the public.
Police say this is an active investigation.
